Payments Policy

At Sukham Yatra, we strive to make the booking process simple and transparent. This Payment Policy explains how bookings are confirmed, accepted payment methods, and payment-related responsibilities.

1. Booking Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Seat availability has been confirmed by Sukham Yatra.
  • The required booking amount has been received.
  • A booking confirmation has been issued by our team.

Until confirmation is provided, tour availability is not guaranteed.

2. Booking Amount

Certain tours may require an advance payment to reserve your seat.

The applicable booking amount and payment schedule will be communicated before confirmation.

Failure to complete payments within the communicated timelines may result in cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.

3. Balance Payment

The remaining tour amount, if applicable, must be paid on or before the due date communicated by Sukham Yatra.

Passengers with outstanding payments may not be permitted to join the tour.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We may accept payments through:

  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit or Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Approved Digital Payment Platforms
  • Cash (where applicable)

Available payment methods may change from time to time.

5. Pricing

Tour prices are subject to change before booking confirmation due to changes in transportation costs, accommodation rates, taxes, government levies, or supplier pricing.

Once your booking has been confirmed and payment accepted, the agreed tour price will generally remain unchanged unless required by law or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Additional Charges

Expenses not specifically included in the published itinerary remain the responsibility of the traveller.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal expenses
  • Additional meals
  • Laundry
  • Room service
  • Pony, palki, helicopter, or local transportation (unless specifically included)
  • Medical expenses
  • Travel insurance
  • Optional sightseeing or activities

7. Payment Security

Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers. Sukham Yatra does not store your complete debit card, credit card, or banking credentials on its own servers.

8. Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment fails or remains pending, your booking may remain unconfirmed until successful payment is received.

Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction-related issues arising from the payment provider shall be governed by the policies of the respective financial institution or payment service provider.

9. Taxes

Applicable taxes, including GST where required, shall be charged in accordance with prevailing laws.
